A business parking permit exempts a business vehicle from time limits in spaces signposted ‘permit holders excepted’.

Due to COVID-19, permit postage and collection will be dependent on advice from NSW Government.

Eligibility
Business permits will only be issued to vehicles registered in the name of the business or the name of the proprietor.
The business must be located in an existing Manly parking permit scheme area.
Documentation needed for application
If you are applying only for a business parking permit, please ensure you have electronic copies of these documents ready before you apply or hard copies to mail in.
- Vehicle registration in the names of the proprietor of the business or business name
- Business registration certificate
- Current valid commercial lease or recent utility bill
Number of permits
Registered businesses may be eligible for one Manly business parking permit.
In situations where a business occupies one or more shops, suites or floors (with single or separate commercial or retail agreements) no more than one business permit will be issued to each registered business.

The framework only applies to the management of parking permits issued through the existing Manly parking permit scheme in the following areas:
- Little Manly and Balgowlah
Applications open 15 August. Valid 1 October - 30 September. - Ocean Beach and Ethel Street West
Applications open 15 September. Valid 1 November - 31 October. - Isthmus and Fairy Bower
Applications open 15 October. Valid 1 December - 30 November. - Tower Hill and Tower Hill Extension
Applications open 15 January. Valid 1 March - 28 February. - Ivanhoe Park and Ivanhoe Park Extension
Applications open 15 February. Valid 1 April - 28 March.
