Permits are going digital!

We're moving towards digital parking permits. We'll be taking a staged approach over 2 years, commencing from late 2025.

Existing 2024/25 Church Point, Rowland Reserve, Woorak Reserve/Iluka Park and Western Foreshore parking permits will be extended until 30 November 2025. To apply for a new permit during this period, please contact Customer Service on 1300 434 434 or council@northernbeaches.nsw.gov.au

Who is eligible?

Rowland Reserve parking permits may be purchased by residents and or non-residents of the Northern Beaches Council area. 

How to apply and pay?

When applying for a Concession permit, you must supply one of the following documents as proof that you are eligible:

  • Pensioner Concession Card
  • Gold Card embossed with TPI (Totally Permanently Incapacitated)
  • Gold Card embossed with EDA (Extreme Disablement Adjustment)
  • War widow or widower
  • Wholly dependent partner entitled to the DVA income support supplement.
  • Existing 2024/25 Church Point permits will be extended until 30 November 2025.

How will I receive my permit?

  1. Permits will be posted by Registered Post (fees apply, see application form), or regular post (no charge).
  2. Click and Collect option at Mona Vale for online applications.

Permit details

Permits are valid from 1 September until 31 August, and half-yearly permits are available from 3 March until 31 August.

Parking permits are non-refundable. Up to two registration numbers can be recorded on one permit. 

Permits must be displayed on the dashboard of the car while parked at Rowland Reserve. Multiple day parking is available.

Pay and display meters are available for casual parking for non-permit holders. There are limited free one-hour parking places for dog park users displaying a Northern Beaches Beach Parking Permit.
