The ordinary meetings of the Northern Beaches Council are held on the third Tuesday of each month. Meetings are held at 6pm in the Council Chambers at 7 Civic Drive, Dee Why 2099.
An agenda will be available before each meeting and the minutes of the meeting will be available on this website.

A public forum will be conducted 7 days prior to each ordinary meeting of the Council for the purpose of hearing oral submissions from members of the public on mayoral minutes, reports to Council and notices of motion to be considered at the meeting.
A community engagement forum will also be conducted directly following the public forum for the purpose of hearing oral submissions from members of the public on other matters.
Applications to speak at the forums to be held on 12 May will open when the May Council meeting business papers are published. Please contact the Governance team on 1300 434 434 if you have any queries.
