Permits are going digital!

We're moving towards digital parking permits. We'll be taking a staged approach over 2 years, commencing from late 2025.

Existing 2024/25 Church Point, Rowland Reserve, Woorak Reserve/Iluka Park and Western Foreshore physical permits will be automatically extended until 30 November 2025. If you don't have an existing 2024/25 permit and wish to apply during this period, please contact Customer Service on 1300 434 434 or council@northernbeaches.nsw.gov.au

 

Who is eligible?

Only residents of the Northern Beaches Council area may purchase Woorak Reserve / Iluka Park parking permits.

How to apply and pay

When applying for a Concession permit, you must supply one of the following documents as proof that you are eligible:

  • Pensioner Concession Card
  • Gold Card embossed with TPI (Totally Permanently Incapacitated)
  • Gold Card embossed with EDA (Extreme Disablement Adjustment)
  • War widow or widower
  • Wholly dependent partner entitled to the DVA income support supplement.

Existing 2024/25 Woorak Reserve and Iluka Park permits will be extended until 30 November 2025.

How will I receive my permit?

  1. Permits will be posted by Registered Post (fees apply, see application form), or regular post (no charge).
  2. Click and Collect at Mona Vale for online applications.

Permit details

2024/25 permits are valid from 1 September 2024 until 30 November 2025.

Up to 2 registration numbers can be recorded on one permit, and they are non-refundable.

Permits must be displayed on the dashboard of the car while parked at Woorak Reserve / Iluka Park. Multiple day parking is available.

Pay and display meters are available for casual parking for non-permit holders.
