Who is eligible?
Church Point parking permits may be purchased by residents and or non-residents of the Northern Beaches Council area.
How to apply and pay
Proof of residential address is required. A photo of the front and back of your Driver Licence is required for online and emailed applications.

How will I receive my permit?
- Click and Collect option at Mona Vale for online applications.
- Permits will be posted by Registered Post (fees apply, see application form), or regular post (no charge).
Permit details
Permits are valid from 1 September 2023 until 31 August 2024, and half-yearly permits are available from 1 March 2024 until 31 August 2024.
Parking permits are non-refundable.
The permit must be affixed by its own adhesive to the passenger side of the windscreen.
Pay and display parking meters are available for casual parking for non-permit holders.
