Who is eligible?

Church Point parking permits may be purchased by residents and or non-residents of the Northern Beaches Council area.

How to apply and pay

Proof of residential address is required. A photo of the front and back of your Driver Licence is required for online and emailed applications.

Other options

  1. Come into one of our Customer Service branches (please check opening hours).
  2. Download and complete the application form (you can apply for multiple registration numbers on one form) and then email or post your form with payment details.

How will I receive my permit?

  1. Click and Collect option at Mona Vale for online applications.
  2. Permits will be posted by Registered Post (fees apply, see application form), or regular post (no charge).

Permit details

Permits are valid from 1 September 2022 until 31 August 2023, and half-yearly permits are available from 1 March 2023 until 31 August 2023.

Parking permits are non-refundable.

The permit must be affixed by its own adhesive to the passenger side of the windscreen.

Pay and display parking meters are available for casual parking for non-permit holders.
