Helping kids to self regulate, stretch and improve concentration. Age ranges are 0-4 yrs (preschool), 5-8 yrs (K-2), 9-11 (3-6).

Every Monday night at 6.30pm, join YSBD's new Zumba class that is fun and energetic. The music is fantastic with moves suitable for beginners to advanced.

Classes are weekly including school/public holidays so bring your friends, family and let’s Zumba (with a splash of disco of course).

Italian classes in small groups and a friendly atmosphere at Avalon Recreation Centre. All levels offered each term. Private lessons also available.
