The Sydney North Planning Panel (SNPP) was abolished by the State Government on 16 January 2026 following changes to the NSW planning system.

Regionally Significant Development Applications that were previously determined by the SNPP are now to be determined by the Northern Beaches Local Planning Panel (LPP).
