Bring the Coastal Environment Centre to you

Transform your school into a hub of environmental learning and action with our popular Green Day incursion program. Designed to engage your entire student body, Green Day delivers a full day of rotating, stage-based workshops tailored specifically to your school.
Our experienced educators work closely with you to design a program that aligns with your students, available spaces, and learning priorities—ensuring a meaningful, hands-on experience for every class.

What’s Included

Our team will be onsite for the full day, providing all resources required for your selected learning sessions. Using classrooms, halls, outdoor areas, and other available spaces, we deliver engaging workshops of approximately 40–60 minutes per class (timings may vary based on your program design). All classes will have the opportunity during the day to participate in the planned sessions, supervised by their class teachers.

Program Themes

For each stage, you can choose from a range of activities aligned with key environmental themes, including:
•    Sustainable living
•    Green energy
•    Water and catchment care
•    Habitat creation
•    Biodiversity and wildlife
