Greg Weight: Portraits Project

In 2020, as part of their 90-year anniversary program, MAG&M commissioned renowned Sydney photographer Greg Weight to create a series of portraits capturing twenty-nine prominent artists of the Northern Beaches region. This film provides insight to the 'Portraits Project', Weight’s development as an artist, his Northern Beaches origins, and his extraordinary journey in the Sydney art scene. 

Weight’s unique approach to photographic portraiture made for a captivating exhibition that enhanced the celebration of MAG&M’s 90th year and of local art and creativity.
