Northern Beaches Council Vacation Care has it all! Catering for school children between 5 and 12 years old, our Vacation Care offers exciting excursions, discos, craft and sports days with a difference. We offer several locations and we give extra support to children with special needs so they can join in the fun.
Bookings for the Summer 2017/18 holidays open from 7am Monday 20 November.
What Does Vacation Care Cost?
Vacation Care runs Monday – Friday from 7.30am – 6pm during school holidays. With all the activities on offer, you will find it’s great value at $66 per day.
First Time Registration
Before booking Vacation Care, you’ll need to register your child or children by filling out an enrolment form. Register for Vacation Care by clicking the Enrol button to open the form.
Previously Registered Children
If you’ve already registered your child or children or used Vacation Care before you’ll have received a Logon id and password to HubWorks. Remember to keep your enrolment information up-to-date.
Making Vacation Care Bookings
Once registered, book your Vacation Care at the most convenient centre for your family using the Booking Request Form, available before each school holidays. If any days requested are booked out, staff will suggest an alternative centre.
Bookings are accepted four weeks before the start of the holiday period.

Pre-school Vacation Care - January 2018
A Vacation Care program just for children aged 4-6 years and starting school in 2018 will be operating from our Cromer centre in January.

Paying by Credit or Debit Card
If you’re paying for Vacation Care by direct debit from a credit or debit card, you’ll need to register your card details.
After registering your card, your fees will be deducted at the end of the school holidays.
If you don’t know your Hubworks account number, just enter ‘not known’.
We’ll Keep Your Card Details Secure
As a Commonwealth Bank-hosted solution, cardholder and account details will be held securely, helping to protect the service and its customers from fraudulent transactions as well as assisting in meeting the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS) compliance requirements.
