4 Pines Brewing Co
4 Pines was born following a post-surf chat at Manly between Jaron and his dad Steve back in 2006. A whole lot has happened since we first opened our microbrewery in Manly, but our commitment to leaving the world and local community better than we found it is something that will never change. Brewing 90+ beers that our mates would be proud of and those who join us from around the world.
7th Day Brewery
7th Day Brewery operates with a combined importance of creating excellent beer and a wholehearted involvement within the local community. They rose from the dust by community crowd funding, and they continue to promote the idea of giving back and doing good. ‘Beer, for good’s sake’ is a mission, to drink good and do good.
Bucketty's Brewery
Bucketty's is the place you go when you want to remember what fun used to feel like, drink incredible beer, let your hair down to live music and feel like you're 21 again. From our bright crisp Lager to a dangerously drinkable Double-Red IPA, there’ll be something to satisfy your thirst. Just sink a few and you’ll understand what it means to be in a Bucketty State of Mind.
Dad & Dave's Brewing
Founded on Sydney’s Northern Beaches in 2011, Dad & Dave's Brewing is an independently owned and operated family business. With a focus on using the traditional ingredients of malt, hops, water and yeast, and combining these with some innovative ingredients and brewing techniques to live up to their motto – “We make beer, delicious beer!”
Freshwater Brewing Co
A single ride was all it took to start Australian surf culture. With respect to the legendary tales of their local beach, they are a local brewery celebrating these undercurrents of joy. In a village where community, good vibes, and welcome smiles come first, they set out to be just that - a brewery for all.
Modus Operandi

One of the largest and most innovative independent craft breweries on the beaches for 20 years bringing a great range of craft beers to the Northern Beaches locals.
Quakers Hat Brewing
From the early days in Quakers Hat Bay, then Manly Vale, this father and two son trio that is Quakers Hat Brewing has been releasing delicious takes on classic beers as well some new and inventive styles. Focusing on the local market, Quakers has been supplying pubs and bottle shops in Sydney’s metro and north shore, both in cans and on tap. With their taphouse in Manly Vale, Quakers Hat Brewing is now open to the public to try their delicious beers on site.
Surfcraft Brewing
SurfCraft is a creative collaboration between the beer and surf industry. Celebrating our local history, craftsmanship, and transformational impact on modern-day surfing in every one of our beers. Inspired by the Brookvale Six and the history of surfing on the Northern Beaches. Here at SurfCraft we have decided it's high time this area reforged the link between the two types of foam that have put us on the map. Our mission is to unite the worlds of shaping beers and crafting boards has led to SurfCraft, a beer label inspired by the style and spirit of the Northern Beaches surf culture.
Distilleries
Hang 10 Distillery
Hang 10 Distillery is a boutique sustainable distillery located in Warriewood. Co-founders Deon & Marine found a way to reduce food waste, using surplus bread from local bakeries for their base spirit. They are also the first to create gin made from bread in Australia, also making vodka, whisky and beer, all from bread. Hang 10 will open their bar and cellar door in the next few months in Warriewood.
Manly Spirits Co Distillery
Artisan Craft Distillery producing onsite premium Gin, Whisky, Vodka, and Liqueurs. Capturing the harmony between carefree beach life and urban sophistication for which Manly is renowned, the Manly Spirits Co. range showcases the finest Australian malts and sustainably sourced native and marine botanicals from the stunning surrounds of the Australian eastern coastline.

Allandale Winery
Established in 1978, Allandale Winery boasts an acclaimed portfolio of distinguished boutique wines with a vast range to suit all tastes. Whether you are an accomplished wine lover or just starting out, their friendly staff will be able to help you find wines you will adore.
Hungerford Hill Wines
The history of Hungerford is long and complex, but it's most recent chapter began in December 2016 when Sam Arnaout purchased the winery.
With an award-winning cellar door, restaurant and range of wines, Hungerford Hill is now in the enviable position of being able to offer an all-encompassing wine and food experience worthy of its name.
Little Ripples
Little Ripples is a socially responsible wine brand where for every bottle sold, they provide one year of clean water to one person in a developing community. Since launching in late 2019, Little Ripples has provided the equivalent of 210,000 years of clean drinking water for individuals in developing communities. Little Ripples is a wine brand like no other.
Peterson House
Peterson House offers guests to the Hunter Valley a unique experience, by being the only specialised Australian sparkling company in the region. Offering a warm and friendly welcome to accompany your tasting experience Peterson House showcases the largest eclectic range of sparkling wines in the country.
Petersons Wines
Petersons Wines is a leading small family owned winery established in 1971. Petersons quickly became renowned for producing small amount of premium wine; a tradition that continues today. From its small beginnings on a hilltop in Mount View which now has a second cellar door in the Hunter Valley, 100 acre vineyard and cellar door in the Mudgee wine region and also a successful luxury guest house, vineyard and cellar door Armidale.

Savannah Estate
Savannah Estate lies on the beautiful gateway to Mount View, which boasts some of the most stunning views of the whole Hunter Valley. Their wines are produced from small select parcels of premium fruit grown in renowned viticulture regions throughout Australia. Hand selected varietals from Australia’s most unique regions and wines that best reflect their unique regionality and character.
Tulloch Wines
At Tulloch they have been crafting wines and experiences that reach beyond the bottle for over 126 years and across four generations, helping to create better lives with wine, food, family and friends. Tulloch is regarded as a must-visit destination in the Hunter Valley, producing classic Hunter Valley varieties such as Semillon, Verdelho, Chardonnay and Shiraz as well as emerging grape varieties from other wine growing regions in Australia. ACAI.SYD
ACAI.SYD was founded in 2019 with the aim to bring dairy free, gluten-free and vegan friendly soft serve açai bowls to outdoor events and markets. At ACAI.SYD we pride ourselves on high quality ingredients using only the best Australian produce where possible. Acai is native to the Amazon where the ancient Amazonian would combine Acai berries with other wild berries to help with focus and energy when hunting and gathering.
Bakealicious By Gabriela
Bakealicious By Gabriela is a beautiful cake shop located Forestville.
Selling amazing cakes, cupcakes, empanadas and brownies - all handmade and straight from the oven.
The Founder and Owner, Gabriela Oporto, was recently named one of Sydney's Leading Bakers by The Daily Telegraph, created cakes for the likes of Ed Sheeran, Harry Styles and Marvel Studios.
Her cakes have also been featured in Vogue and Big W's Christmas catalogue.
Turkish Gozleme
Offering freshly cooked Turkish Gozleme with a wide variety including traditional, savoury and sweet, also catering for Gluten Free and Vegan customers.
Fika
In 2013 three friends opened Fika, with the dream of sharing the famous Swedish coffee culture down under. The first Manly location quickly became Sydney's ultimate Scando foodie hub and since then Fika has opened another cafe in Bondi and a bakery in Manly.

Calling all foodies! Located in South Steyne Manly right infront of water, Fins and Ribs promises the most delicious and fresh seafood from around the world and flavourful meat items.
We don’t have a fancy story to tell but we take pride in mentioning that our food is cooked by hands with over 10 years of extensive experience in cooking seafood and meat varieties.

The Herring Room
The Herring Room is family owned & run by local veterans of the industry, with an emphasis on good old fashioned hospitality at it’s core. The Herring Room is the sister restaurant to, The Sardine Room when it relocated to Sydneys beautiful Northern Beaches.
With a contemporary menu which is inspired by flavours & dishes from all around the world. The menu proudly lists the provenance of all of its produce, selecting only the highest quality of seasonal produce from local, sustainable & environmentally sensitive fisheries & farms.
Wharf Bar Manly Beach
Wharf Bar is Manly’s prime seaside spot situated on the stunning Sydney Harbour. With sweeping water views, ‘Wharfy’ is frequented by both locals and visitors thanks to its exceptional location and food. Wharf Bar has also become a hub for local entertainment with DJs every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well as sports streamed live and loud.

Entry to Taste of Manly 2023 is free of charge. If you would like to drink alcohol from the range of breweries, distilleries, and wineries attending the event, you can purchase a Taste of Manly glass for $10 and drinks from the stallholders for just $6 per serve.
