We all have creativity within us, and when we invest in it with our time and attention, our world becomes a little bit brighter. Art therapy workshops are a great way to explore creativity, mindfulness and personal expression while connecting with others in a safe supportive space. Workshops are facilitated by our qualified Art Therapist.
This is a space to feel supported to experiment and grow your creative confidence, and to develop and maintain mental wellbeing through art making.
Groups and workshops are suitable for everyone aged 18 and over (for under 18s, please contact us). Art materials and light refreshments provided, and no art experience is necessary.
