Now in its sixth year, the prize is the leading national environmental prize for artists and designers, platforming inspiring and critical works that engage with today’s environmental issues.

This year’s prize attracted more than 700 submissions from across Australia, highlighting the strength of environmental art and design nationwide. It also reflects the calibre of artists and designers engaging with issues such as climate change and sustainability.

170 finalists have been selected and will showcase their works at our annual must-see exhibition.

The exhibition will run from Friday 7 August until Sunday 20 September at 2 venues:

Opening hours are 10am-5pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Entry is free!

This year’s judges are designer, maker and educator Nila Rezaei, and visual artist Laura Jones. Award winners will be announced on Friday 7 August, 7pm and People's Choice Awards on Friday 18 September, 8am.
