Using keypad with pincode

Need help with your pin? See below for some helpful troubleshooting tips.

• If you are trying to access the centre BEFORE your booked start time, you will not be able to get in.
• Your pin number is your booking reference number. This can be found in the email sent during the week of your event, or by logging into your account. 
• If you enter the wrong number and encounter any issues, reset the code and try again: Press the # key five times and wait for a beep to reset the system. Then, re-enter your booking reference code and press the # key only once.
