For thousands of years, Australia’s Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities have harvested native ingredients (sea creatures, land animals, insects and plants) for both nutritional and medicinal purposes.
This is a taste celebration of our nation from the desert to our backyard to showcase what is freshly, readily and ethically available to you from many places. Dine and savour the intensity and heritage of flavours brought to us by our First Nations neighbours.
You will indulge in a 5 course, culturally crafted menu showcasing bush food grown on the Northern Beaches by local First Nations social enterprise 'Bush to Bowl'. Enjoy further flavours of Australia sipping on Seadrift Distillery alcohol free spirits.
