24/7 Youth Film Festival is a short film competition for young people aged 12 – 24 in which participants have just 24 hours to make a 7 minute short film. The 24/7 Film Festival will return in 2019 with dates to be announced soon.

Launch Event - get informed and excited about the festival! We encourage new participants and any returning teams to come along and find out about the competition.

Competition Weekend - Northern Beaches Council Civic Centre, 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why.
Teams must register ($50 per team) and complete indemnity forms for each member to confirm entry into the festival.
The secret rule, locations, phrases and items that must be included in your film will be announced at the start of the competition and you will have 24 hours to get filming!

Make your Video! - Teams have 24 hours to make a 7 minute (or less) film. Teams must include various items, locations, phrases and a secret rule in their film. 

All film entries that meet the criteria are screened at Hoyts over two nights. The top 10 films that are up for a prize will be played at Hoyts for the Finals Night.
