Improve your health and fitness in our beautiful outdoors on free exercise equipment in many of our local parks and reserves.

Each area has varied equipment for such exercises as push/pull ups, sit ups, arm combos, leg press, shoulder press and even step machines.

Please consider other users while using the equipment and wipe down after use.

These areas can not be booked and are not to be used by commercial businesses for group-led sessions.

Berry Reserve exercise area

Brookvale Park exercise area

Federal Parade, Brookvale

Situated at the rear of Brookvale Park, the exercise area is adjacent to a large grass area which can be used for additional exercising opportunities.

FJ Machon Reserve exercise area

Anzio Avenue, Allambie Heights

This exercise area is located in a quiet local park with equipment that ranges from simple exercises to a whole body workout, suitable for teens to adults.

Lakeside Park exercise area

Lake Park Road, North Narrabeen

There are four exercise stations along the shared pathway located on the eastern perimeter of Lakeside Park.

Manly Lagoon Park exercise area

Manly Lagoon Pittwater Road, Manly

This exercise area is located at the western end of Manly Lagoon Park along the foreshore of Manly Creek, and includes seven exercise stations suitable for all ages, levels of fitness, including those who are less mobile.

Newport Beach exercise area

Walter Gors Park exercise area
