Every year Council sets an Operational Plan that addresses the full range of Council operations and details individual projects that will be delivered for the community over the next year.
It also includes the associated fees and charges. Note: 0.5% payment card surcharge applies to both credit / debit card payments. We are working with our bank to remove the payment card surcharge by 1 October 2026.
