Along with opening our doors, we have welcomed back Click and Collect.

Do you remember how it all worked? All it takes is three easy steps. 

Please read the conditions of entry before your visit. 

  1. Using either the library app or website, begin by searching the catalogue.
  2. Once you’ve found the item you like, select ‘Place Reservation’ which can be found to the right of the item’s title (library website) or just under it (library app).
  3. Select the branch you would like to collect the item from and confirm.

We will send you an email when it’s ready for collection.

Don't forget, if your item is available at the time of placing the reservation, this is a free branch transfer. If the item is out on loan or new and still in processing, this will incur a $2.50 reservation fee.

We will also hold your item at the nominated branch for seven days. If you are unable to collect by this time or no longer need the item, please contact us.
