The Pelican Room can be found opposite the library circulation desk, adjacent to the bathrooms.

Facilities include table and chairs, Wi-Fi connection, access to a Smart TV and a data projector (that can be connected to a laptop via HDMI) and screen. A whiteboard can be supplied on request.

• Theatre setting - 24

Fees and charges 

Payment is required via EFT in branch upon arrival. 

• Not-for-profit - $20.00 per hour
• Commercial - $38.00 per hour

Booking cancellation (less than 48 hours notice provided) is $30 per booking.

Simply book online by submitting a meeting room request form. If your requested booking date is within two business days, please phone the library on 8495 5024 during opening hours.
