Follow the directions of our staff and treat people with respect
Our staff are excited to welcome you back however we are required to follow the NSW Health orders. Entry into our spaces may not be granted if the conditions outlined below cannot be met. We ask for your patience and kindness as we work through this time together.
Visitors to the library must have received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine and must be prepared to show proof of vaccination.
All people entering the library must provide their name and contact number as a method for contact tracing. Please scan the QR code near the entry door to check-in with Service NSW. Most smartphone cameras can scan a QR code however if you don't have a smartphone, our staff can assist you.
All visitors to the library are required to wear a face mask at all times. Our staff are also required to wear masks. If you have a medical exemption, please have proof of exemption ready to show our staff in line with the NSW Health ruling.
Please maintain social distancing when inside our spaces and observe maximum branch capacity guidelines (1 person/4sqm rule):
- Dee Why Library - 70 people max
- Warringah Mall Library - 60 people max
- Forestville Library - 34 people max
- Manly Library - 70 people max
- Glen Street Library - 55 people max
- Mona Vale Library - 60 people max.
Further conditions of entry:
- Stay home if you are sick
- Wash hands regularly and use hand sanitiser
- Respect time limits on computers (30mins per day)
- Use self-service kiosks.
