Book Chats

Share your reading journey! Meet new people and talk about your favourite books and the latest reads. Drop in to our facilitated Book Chats for a welcoming and friendly discussion each month and pick from the selection of books we’ve chosen for that month’s theme.

Free, drop in.

• Dee Why Library - First Friday of the month, 2 - 3pm. Please note there will be no session on Friday 3 April (public holiday).

• Manly Library - Third Tuesday of the month, 10 - 11am. 
• Manly Library - Last Wednesday of the month, 2 - 3pm.

Sci-fi Book Chat

Join a monthly meet up to chat all things science fiction with like-minded readers. A selected book will be picked bi-monthly with alternate months being a themed discussion.

• Manly Library - First Thursday of the month, 6 – 7.30pm. Next selected book for the May meeting is Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson.

Fantasy Book Chat

Join a monthly meet up to chat all things fantasy and romance with like-minded readers. A fantasy book will be selected each month to discuss. Next month's title will be selected by attendees at the end of the previous meeting.

• Warringah Mall Library - Third Thursday of the month, 6 – 8pm. May's Book is Anathema by Keri Lake.

Bookings for each month open at 7pm the Monday following the previous meeting.
