The Australian Citizen Science Association (ACSA) is partnering with public libraries across Australia to invite budding scientists and enthusiasts to be part of Citizen Science Corners in their local public library.
Citizen Science Corners connect communities with real scientific research, making libraries a hub for discovery, dialogue while building connections and networks between scientists and communities
The third topic for the Northern Beaches Citizen Science Corner is Light Pollution and the Night Sky.
Together, we will learn about the effects of light pollution in the Night Sky. Borrow a telescope kit from Mona Vale Library to observe the night sky and check out the resources below to find out how you can reduce light pollution.
