Big changes are underway at Dee Why Library, where the much‑loved community hub is giving its toilet facilities a fresh new look. The upgrade includes baby change facilities and an ambulant toilet providing a more modern, comfortable and accessible experience for visitors.

Dee Why Library will be closed on the Saturday March 14th and Sunday March 15th as works commence. The library toilets will then be closed from the 16th March until renovations are complete. The Library will continue operating as usual during this period. 

While the facilities are closed, visitors can make use of bathrooms at the Dee Why Civic Centre or the PCYC on Civic Parade, both just a short distance away.

Library staff are excited about the project and thank the community for their patience. Once complete, the new amenities will be well worth the wait and another reason to love spending time at Dee Why Library.
