We have a COVID-19 safety plan in place to protect the health and safety of our visitors and staff. Please read through the conditions of entry before your visit.
Manly Library has seven public computers available for use. Access is limited to 30 minutes per day, per customer.
Printing, scanning and photocopying facilities are available at reasonable prices. You can send your documents to print from home and collect at a time that’s good for you. You can also print from a mobile device or laptop within the library or print from our public computers.
The entrance to Manly Library can be found on Market Place. The library has three levels with lift access available. Disability amenities are available on the ground floor and are located across from the library entrance.
Meeting rooms for hire
All library meeting rooms are unavailable for use or hire. We appreciate your patience as we work to safely reopen our service.
The libraries have free Wi-Fi available. Select @beachescouncil Free Wi-Fi in your Wi-Fi network list to connect.
Services and Programs
In line with current NSW health orders, our Justice of the Peace service will be unavailable. Our priority is to bring back the Justice of the Peace service as soon as possible, we appreciate your patience during this time.
We are also unable to run live programming which includes our children's programs. Please check out our Story Time playlist on YouTube to sing along safely with familiar faces from the library service.
Local studies and family history
Manly Library is one of three branches with a dedicated local studies and family history area. To make an enquiry, please email or call 8495 5027 between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Our team will do their best to assist you while face-to-face appointments are unavailable.
