Membership is free. You can borrow books, use online resources or do your own research, all at no charge. We keep our other charges to a minimum so all members of the community can access our services.

Overdue Items

From Thursday 19 March, overdue items will not incur a fee. Fees incurred prior to that date still stand. 

Reserving an Item

Reserving and transferring an item from another Northern Beaches Library branch is free. 

Requesting an Item from another library service

  • Requesting an item from another public library service - cost $3 per item.
  • Requesting an item from a University/Corporate/TAFE or other non-public Library Network will be at cost. 

Lost and Damaged Items

If an item is damaged or lost - cost $5 per item plus the cost of replacing the item.

Replacement Library Cards

If you have lost your card it can be replaced - cost $1 per card.
