Dee Why Library has 14 public computers with a dedicated family history computer.
Printing, scanning and photocopying facilities are available at reasonable prices. You can print from our public computers, a mobile device or laptop within the library or you can send your documents to print from home to collect at a time that’s good for you.
Dee Why Library is located atop Civic Parade and is best accessible by car. The library can be entered by a ramp however the front entrance is quite narrow, some chairs may not fit. A more accessible entrance is located around the back of the library.
The collection at Dee Why is spread across two levels with an internal ramp to the bottom floor. Please ask staff for assistance if you require an item from the ground floor. The nearest disability amenities can be found in the Civic Centre, located next door to the library.
Meeting rooms for hire
Dee Why Library has a study room available for hire that can accommodate up to three people (COVID safe capacity). Please contact Dee Why Library if you wish to make a booking.

Services and Programs
A Justice of the Peace is available at Dee Why Library on Mondays (fortnightly), Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please see our JP calendar for times. No bookings are required for this service but we encourage you to call the library to confirm whether a volunteer JP is available on the day.
Regular children’s programs, including Story Time and Baby Bounce, are also held at Dee Why Library. Please see here for times. No bookings are required.
