Following an Expression of Interest process, Council is seeking to engage Design Consultancy Services from one of the five shortlisted consultants. The appointed Design Consultant will select, coordinate, lead and proactively manage a team to engage with the community, investigate the feasibility, planning and other constraints of the location in order to determine the optimum location, size and design of the building/s. This process will further determine the project scope of whether a new build or refurbishment/extension of the existing building is the agreed way forward.
