Lease of Warringah Recreation Centre (tennis & squash), North Manly NSW - RTF 2026/001239

Tender submissions are now open to lease and operate a tennis and indoor squash facility at Warringah Recreation Centre, located in North Manly. 

The premises form part of the Warringah Recreation Centre precinct (the Centre) within a broader District Park shared with Warringah Golf Club. Situated approximately 17 kilometres north of the Sydney CBD, the site benefits from proximity to local parks, schools, retail hubs and public transport. 

The lease premises comprise a sports and recreation facility including five outdoor tennis courts with lighting, an indoor squash facility with three international federation standard courts, an administration office located within the new Warringah Golf Clubhouse, and amenities adjoining the office. The Centre is also supported by on-site car parking.

Suitably qualified and experienced individuals or organisations with expertise in operating tennis and indoor squash facilities are invited to submit a tender to operate and manage the premises. The proposed lease term is for 10 years plus 2 additional 5-year options.

Tenderers are required to register via Northern Beaches Council’s E-Tendering portal. The closing date and time for submissions is Tuesday 2 June, 2pm AEST.

Join our site briefing and inspection on Tuesday 12 May 2026 at 10am, at the subject premises. 

Additionally, an online briefing will be held at 3pm on Tuesday 12 May 2026 via Teams. Attendance to both the site inspection and online briefing is mandatory. Participation in one does not satisfy the requirement without the other.
