Opportunity: 

Council invites Expressions of Interest from private enterprise to undertake the transformation of Manly Town Hall for cultural purposes such as a multi-use performance space and exhibition space.  

Council is seeking innovative and commercially sustainable proposals that unlock the long-term potential of the asset while respecting its heritage significance and community value.

The results of this EOI will then be reported back to Council for further consideration.

Note: This EOI does not commit Council to any specific redevelopment or partnership and instead is intended to gauge market interest and identify feasible concepts.
