Completion of major works for the construction of a new changeroom amenities building at Burke Street, Newport. The Works will see construction of a new female changeroom, a first aid room, an accessible toilet and a canteen built in a separate one storey sports amenities building situated next to the existing clubhouse building. The Works will also include new stairs, an accessible ramp, a concrete deck, retaining structures and minor landscaping.
