Bucketty’s Brewing Co. is back at Manly Jazz for a second year running!
Bucketty’s is bringing their signature flair and craft brews back to The Corso, and will once again transform the space into a buzzing Jazz Garden.
Expect a weekend filled with roving jazz bands creating that unmistakable energy, alongside special live music sets with good times guaranteed.
Whether you’re a local or just here for the event, the Bucketty’s Jazz Garden is the place to grab a cold one, a bite to eat, soak up the music and experience the community spirit that makes Manly Jazz so special.
Bucketty's Jazz Garden gates open Friday 4 - 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 11.30am - 6.30pm.
What to expect in the Jazz Garden
- Bucketty's brews: The iconic Bucketty's van (90s Ford Econoline for the folks playing at home), will be making Manly Jazz its home for the weekend. Here you'll be able to choose from any of the 5 fresh award-winning brews poured straight off the side of the van.
- Food: Chalky’s Brookvale Head Chef Marti will be serving up The Chalky's Steak Sanga, the perfect pair for any beverage choice.
- Live music: The Bucketty's Jazz Garden will feature incredible live music, played and performed by locals you know and love.
- Games: There will be plenty of fun lined up so you can relax and enjoy the vibe of the Bucketty’s Jazz Garden. From sketch-and-draw stations to giant Jenga towers, Connect Four and more, there’ll be no shortage of games and activities.

That's why we've sourced high-quality reusable polycarbonate cups, available to purchase at the garden gates for just $3 each. They’re yours to use, reuse and keep as a little event memento. Every little bit helps us reduce our impact.
Food
Our Head Chef Marti from Chalky’s Brookvale has trained in Michelin-starred restaurants across the globe - and for Manly Jazz, he’s serving up something special: The Chalky’s Steak Sanga.
It’s a South American twist on a pub classic - our famous grilled wagyu minute steak, seared to perfection and bathed in Chalky’s steak butter, given the ultimate sandwich treatment. Layered with crisp baby gem lettuce, a punchy horseradish mayo and tucked into crusty bread, it’s served with golden fries dusted in our signature Chalky’s seasoning.
One bite and you’ll see why it’s the talk of the weekend.
Music
The Bucketty's Jazz Garden is in a prime location to hear the acts performing on the Beachfront stage. Friday night in the garden kicks off with a special performance and we'll have roving bands stopping by throughout the weekend to keep the tunes going.
