This two-part workshop will be held over two separate 3-hr sessions:

Friday 10 May, 9.30 – 12.30pm

Discover the joy of watercolour painting with these two immersive half-day workshops. If you've ever been intrigued by the beauty of watercolour but felt unsure about where to begin, these sessions are designed just for you.

Led by Northern Beaches artist Judy Salleh, you will explore the fundamentals of watercolour painting. Across two engaging morning sessions, Judy will guide you through essential techniques such as colour mixing, layering, and allowing the paint to flow on the page. Judy will demonstrate each step, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of the techniques discussed. One-on-one assistance will be provided in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.

All materials will be provided.

Please bring your own refreshments, apron and old cloth.

 About Judy Salleh
Judy Salleh specialises in watercolour and acrylic painting and is an experienced workshop tutor. She never goes anywhere without her sketchbook and paints!

The workshop will be held in the light-filled Avalon Creative Space.
