Shared Ground is a collaborative exhibition by Ollewats, artists Watson Broadfoot and Geraldine Olle who live and practice more than 900 kilometres apart. The exhibition draws on coastal environments as places of encounter, memory, and exchange, shaped through a process of shared authorship that unfolds over time.
Through layering, return, and quiet negotiation, each work develops slowly and collectively. The paintings reflect coastal terrains shaped by tide, weather, and time, where traces gather, shift, and soften, echoing the rhythms of the shoreline.
The exhibition invites viewers into a space of calm attention and connection, offering a reflective pause within the familiar landscape of the Northern Beaches.
