What will we be working with?

CACAO: Since ancient times, cacao has been a sacred medicine for women. 

Women, the keepers of life, once harvested this sacred plant and shared it with those about to give birth, honoring its nurturing power. We were known as two-hearted beings  HEART and WOMB. 

SOMATIC MOVEMENT: Through movement, we will release stagnant energy that no longer serves us, opening and awakening the hips, the place where we hold power, emotion, and creative energy.

ART: Through a mindful art journey, you will be guided to paint your own womb with flowers. Tuning into your inner wisdom, you will create a watercolor and pencil illustration to take home, a symbolic expression of your connection to this journey and your feminine power. Are you ready to connect back to your POWER?
