The program and timing of key milestones are indicative. This program is subject to change as precinct planning is an iterative process that requires a suite of technical studies to develop potential land use arrangements for the Ingleside Precinct.
The precinct planning process will be based on information and findings gathered by technical consultants that, in turn guide where development may occur.
Each consultants work must address the tasks listed in their scope of works, articulating the documents they are to produce in order to complete their work, namely:
