Borrowing your library items has never been easier or safer. The self-service borrowing feature through your library app allows you to borrow items using only your phone – all you need to do is tap and borrow!

Here are some tips to keep in mind when using the library app:
Downloading the app and logging in
The library app is available to download for free from the App Store or Google Play store. Use your library card number and PIN to log in. If you have any trouble, please ask staff on your next visit or contact us.
Your digital library card
Forgot your library card? No worries! Once logged in, a digital version of your library card will appear towards the bottom of your device's screen.
You library app also allows you to:
- View your loans and reservations or renew your items;
- Link your family's cards;
- Search the collection and request Click & Collect;
- Scan the barcode on any book (like the one you see in a bookstore) to see if you can borrow it from us;
- Browse the eLibrary;
- Keep up to date with the latest library news, and
- Check out what's on at your nearest branch.
