There is less than a week to go to Taste of Manly 2018, Northern Beaches pinnacle food and beverage event on this weekend (26-27 May).

The festival will showcase the best local restaurants and brewers alongside Australia’s finest wine producers.

Northern Beaches Mayor Michael Regan said don’t miss out on one of the region’s best foodie events against the backdrop of beautiful Manly Beach.

“Every year this event gets bigger and better. It’s a great opportunity for businesses to showcase their gastronomic delights.

“Don’t miss out on the opportunity to experience mouth-watering restaurant cuisine, craft beers and wines.

“Come one day or both - it is an unmissable event in any foodie’s social calendar!”

Guests can purchase their glasses (tickets) from the wine stands on the day or at the Festival Information Tent. Your re-useable glass will be $10, with tastings $5 each.

There is also a great line up of live music to suit all tastes with five stages and buskers playing along Sydney Road throughout the event.

The Moonshine Stage is back for its sixth year with fan favourites Sweet Jelly Rolls, Pat Capocci and new comers Marvell to name a few.

The Manly Wharf Hotel Stage, with one of Sydney’s most iconic harbour front bars will have the best of our local DJ’s spinning laid back and familiar tunes.

For those looking for an indulgent oasis nestled in the heart of the festival, visit the Porsche Centre Willoughby Lounge, set between The Corso and Manly Beach.

You’ll be able to escape the crowds and get a massage or sit in the latest Porsche models and imagine what it feels like to own one.  Don’t forget to enter the competition to win a Porsche Track Experience for an unforgettable day behind the wheel of this luxurious vehicle.

Visitors are advised that public transport is the easiest way to get to the event. Jump on a ferry from Circular Quay, Watsons Bay or Rose Bay; or head to Manly by bus.

Council carparks in Manly will all be open although spots will be in high demand. There is also a free Council 'Hop, Skip & Jump' bus operating in the local area. Or why not go green and walk or cycle down! We'll have additional bike racks at North Steyne. Plan your trip with the Transport NSW info Trip Planner.
