Northern Beaches Council is a proud member of the Welcome Here Project run by ACON. 

The Welcome Here Project supports businesses and services throughout Australia to create and promote environments that are visibly welcoming and inclusive of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, and queer (LGBTQ+) communities.

As a member of the Project, Council has displayed Welcome Here rainbow stickers in our libraries, customer service centres and other community facing locations to let everyone know that LGBTQ+ diversity is welcomed and celebrated.
