Terms and Conditions - Lucky Door Prize, Tools of the Trade

Promoter: Northern Beaches Council, 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why NSW 2099

Eligibility:

• Entry is open to attendees of the Tools of the Trade: Setting Your Business Up for Success event.
• Northern Beaches Council employees or their families are not permitted to enter the competition.

How to Enter:

• To enter, attendees must submit a business card into the designated bowl upon entry.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Entries close at the time of the prize draw during the event.

Prize Details:

• One winner will receive a $200 voucher to a Northern Beaches-based trades business of their choice (not their own business). The voucher cannot be used at the winner’s own business. 
• The nominated business must operate within the Northern Beaches Local Government Area.  
• The prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.

Draw & Winner Notification:

• The winner will be randomly drawn during the event.
• The winner must be present at the time of the draw to claim the prize. If not present, another entry will be drawn.
• The winner’s name may be announced at the event and/or published on Council’s website or social media channels.

General:

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• Council reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at its discretion.
• Council accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury incurred by any participant in connection with the prize or the event.
• Personal information collected will only be used for the purpose of administering this competition, in accordance with Council’s Privacy Policy.
