Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Northern Beaches Council. 46-48 Balgowlah Rd, Balgowlah 2093. Telephone: 8495 7166 ABN: 57 284 295 198
2. The starting date of the promotion is Thursday 21 April 2022. The closing date for entries is 11:59am on Wednesday 27 April 2022.
3. Entries will be collected via social media on a post on the Taste of the Beaches Facebook page which will be live on Thursday 21 April 2022 ongoing. All entries must be real people.
4. Each person may only enter the competition once.
5. Entrants must be at least 18 years old to win.
6. The winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entrants at Northern Beaches Council, Events Office 46-48 Balgowlah Rd, Balgowlah 2093 on Wednesday 27 April 2022 at 2pm.
7. The winners will be contacted via social media and asked to provide their email address.
8. If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the draw, another winner will be drawn.
9. The winner will be announced on the Northern Beaches Council Website, and Taste of the Beaches Facebook Page.
10. The prize is a 4 x tickets to the Palm Beach Wine Garden, 8 Additional drink tokens, a $150 Grazing Platter from Zing Fresh Catering and bottles of wine from Tamburlaine Organic Wines, Pepper Tree Wines and Mino & Co. Estimated Retail Value approx $360. Bottles of wine are not to be consumed at the event and will be provided for takeaway.
11. Northern Beaches Council will not replace any lost or stolen tickets. Tickets are the responsibility of the recipient once the prize has been awarded.
12. Northern Beaches Council employees and their families are not permitted to enter the competition.
13. Northern Beaches Council reserve the right to exert full decision-making powers and any decision they make is final. Unless requested otherwise, Northern Beaches Council reserves the right to publicly publish the names of prize winners for the purposes of promoting this competition, Taste of the Beaches, now and in perpetuity.
14. Attendance at these events is at your own risk and Northern Beaches Council does not accept any liability for you or for your guest’s expenses, personal injury, damage, theft or loss in connection with the competition even if that loss is caused by Northern Beaches Council negligence.
15. In these Terms and Conditions, the words “winner” and “recipient” are interchangeable except insofar as the context or subject matter otherwise indicates or requires.
