Each month, we explore the work and world of a different artist, and in July, we’re celebrating the iconic Georgia O’Keeffe. In this class, we’ll be painting poppies, drawing inspiration from her bold, contemplative floral works and her deep connection to nature and inner vision.
These sessions are more than just art classes—they're an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your creative self in a nurturing and supportive space. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or just curious to explore, you're warmly welcome.
We begin each class with a guided meditation, helping us ground into the present moment and approach art-making as a mindful journey, not just a final result. Through this practice, you'll gently observe your inner world while expressing yourself with colour and form.
Led by meditation teacher, creativity coach, and artist, you'll be guided through a themed process of self-discovery that allows your creativity to flow freely.
