- The starting date of the promotion is Friday 31 August 2023, 8am. The closing date for entries is Thursday 7 September 2023, 11:59pm.
- Entries will be collected via social media on posts on the Northern Beaches Council Facebook and Instagram, via social media on posts on the Hello Manly Facebook and Instagram, and via a webform on Northern Beaches Council website. The posts and website form will be live from 8am Friday 31 August 2023. All entries must be real people, business entries will not be accepted.
- Each person may only enter the competition once.
- Council will not accept entries which are illegal, derogatory, disrespectful or discriminatory in nature or may otherwise bring, or be likely to bring Council or the event into disrepute.
- The winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entrants on Friday 8 September 2023. 6 double passes will be awarded to entrants. Website entrants may have been served competition content via the Council’s newsletter, Council Facebook, Council Instagram, or the Hello Manly Facebook or Hello Manly Instagram.
- Winners will be contacted via email or phone call.
- If the winner cannot be contacted with reasonable attempts and has not responded within 24 hours of the draw, a new winner will be drawn.
- The prize pool is 6 double passes (for 2 people) valued at up to $350. 2 double passes will be drawn for entrants from the Northern Beaches Council Facebook and Instagram posts. 2 Double passes will be drawn for entrants that have filled out the online form on the Northern Beaches Council website. 2 Double passes will be drawn for entrants from the Hello Manly Facebook and Instagram accounts.
- The prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash. The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or privilege. The prize is only valid for the Night at the Barracks event occurring between 15 September, 2023 and 8 October, 2023.
- The prize is limited to your choice of one performance at the Night at the Barracks event and is limited to the performers Yesterday's Gone, Kate Ceberano with the Metropolitan Orchestra, Tom Burlinson Big Band, Rolling Stones Revue, Bjorn Again, and James Morrison Motown Experience.
- Northern Beaches Council employees and their immediate families are not permitted to enter the competition.
- Northern Beaches Council reserve the right to exercise full decision-making powers and any decision made by Council is final.
- Attendance at the event is at your own risk and Northern Beaches Council does not accept any liability for you or for your guest’s expenses, personal injury, damage, theft or loss.
- There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable
- Northern Beaches Council accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry.
- Entrants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions by entering the competition.
