Join the Mindful Morning Club for a nourishing mini retreat filled with movement, mindfulness & women's wellness.
As embark the transition from winter into spring, you'll be guided through:
- a grounding, gentle yoga flow
- pranayama breath practice and
- tools to support intention setting.
Followed by a women’s health educational workshop led by your host Sophia Tremenheere (Period & Women's Health specialist, TEDx Speaker). You'll leave armed with a personalised Cycle Care Toolkit to support your cyclical wellbeing all month long.
We’ll finish with a nourishing brunch, giving space to connect and integrate.
