Peppercorn Park is located in Frenchs Forest at the top of the Narrabeen Lagoon Catchment, the reserve contains the head waters of Middle Creek.

Vegetation

The reserve contains Sydney Coastal Heath and Sydney Coastal Dry Sclerophyll Forests. The dominant flora species include Angophora costata, Eucalyptus piperita, Corymbia gummifera, Alocasurina distyla and Banksia ericifolia.

Fauna

Peppercorn Parks bushland is important habitat for local native fauna. The reserves wildlife corridor provides shelter for animals moving between Jindabyne Reserve and the Middle Creek catchment area. The reserve supports numerous species of animals and birds including the threatened Heath Monitor and Red Crowned Toadlet.
