Narrabeen Head Aquatic Reserve covers an area of approx. 10 hectares.

It includes the rocky shore between the southern end of Turimetta Beach and the rock baths at Narrabeen Head, and extends 100m offshore.

Narrabeen Head is an important area for shorebirds, including the Little Pied Cormorant, Crested Terns and Sooty Oystercatchers.
