Eve Bracewell

Bloom Wild

Eve's mural titled Bloom Wild at the North Curl Curl Community Centre symbolises the interconnectedness of all living things. This artwork serves as a vibrant celebration of life, emphasizing the significance of reconnecting with the natural world that surrounds us.

The mural draws inspiration from the colors, textures, and forms of native flora found within the Community garden and the local Curl Curl environment. Eve showcases various species within the artwork, including the Dune Fan Flower (Scaevola calendulacea), Midyim berries (Austromyrtus dulcis), Scribbly Gum (Eucalyptus haemastoma), and Coastal Wattle (Acacia Longifolia). These elements contribute to the mural's visual representation of the rich biodiversity and beauty present in the area.
