Although we are excited to welcome you back into the library, you can still participate in our early literacy program 1000 Books Before School, digitally. 

Here are 4 ways you can read a story online with your library membership. 

1. Watch a story on Story Box Library

Our wonderful online resource Story Box Library has hundreds of stories you can watch and listen to! They are all read by Australian and New Zealand storytellers, some you might even recognise! Use your library card number to log in. 

2. Read the Graeme Base Collection

Graeme Base's beloved books have been bought to life in a wonderful new app. This collection is compatible with iPads, MacsWindows and Android devices. Once you have downloaded the app, use your library card number to log in. 

3. Read a Tumblebook

Access hundreds of animated talking picture books in Tumblebook Library. You will have so much fun reading these books.

4. Download the BorrowBox app

BorrowBox has many titles for children that have unlimited loans. There is also a bunch of other eBooks and eAudiobooks that you can access for free with your library card. 

5. Download the Libby by Overdrive app

Overdrive has an extensive children's collection that you can access for free with your library card. There is also a collection of eBooks and eAudiobooks that have unlimited loans
