Heart Leaved Stringy Bark
Eucalyptus camfieldii

This plant is only found in two locations on the Northern Beaches and only one small pocket of a local National Park.

It is a small mallee that grows to approximately 4-9m. Its bark is rough, stringy and red to dark grey-brown in colour. It has distinctive, juvenile leaves that are round to heart shaped.

This species is listed as Vulnerable under both the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Act, 2016 and Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act, 1999.
