We’re huge cat-lovers, with an estimated 50,000 animals living on the Northern Beaches. But according to RSPCA NSW, 2 in 3 cat owners have lost a cat to a roaming-related accident and 1 in 3 to a car accident!

That is why we are partnering with RSPCA NSW on their Keeping Cats Safe at Home program. This 4-year education project is funded by the NSW Government to encourage cat owners to adopt a safe-at-home lifestyle, protecting their favourite feline from outdoor threats and reducing their impact on our native wildlife.

Enter our competition to win a $500 voucher to spend at catnets.com.au to build your dream cat enclosure at home.

To enter, simply upload a photo or video reel of your favourite feline friend living its best nine lives at home!

We have 50 x $500 vouchers to give away as follows:

  • 40 x $500 vouchers to photo winners 
  • 10 x $500 vouchers to video reel winners (minimum 15, maximum 30 seconds).

Please note, you are only allowed entry to the photo category or the video reel category, not both categories.

Terms and conditions

Please read the terms and conditions as there are important things you need to be aware of before you enter including:

- You must reside in the Northern Beaches LGA.
- If you win you must use your winning voucher to buy a cat enclosure from catnets. The prize is strictly valid as an online store credit at catnets.com.au
- If you use your Catnets voucher to buy a cat enclosure costing less than $500, you may use the remaining amount on their voucher to purchase other cat accessories such as cat outdoor furniture or climbing platforms from 
- If you win you are also agreeing to participate in Council’s and RSPCA NSW future promotions of the Cat Safe at Home program. This may involve providing quotes of your experience with your prize of a cat enclosure, including a photo of your completed enclosure in your home or apartment.

These images may be used on Council’s, RSPCA NSW and catnets.com.au promotion channels including newsletters and social media.
