Prepare your tastebuds for the ride of their lives because the World Food Markets will be back by popular demand every Friday night from 12 January to 23 March at Gilbert Park in Manly.

Northern Beaches Mayor Michael Regan said the Council-run markets were a chance for locals to enjoy delicious international food and a great community atmosphere in their own backyard.

“The World Food Markets display the best of what our beautiful Northern Beaches has to offer.

“Come and make the most of the warm summer nights, bring your picnic rugs and kick back with family and friends to celebrate the end of the working week,” Mayor Regan said.

The markets will run from 5 - 9pm and include live music and entertainment as well as exotic taste sensations from more than 10 food stalls.

In line with Council’s sustainable events policies, only biodegradable serving materials will be used and visitors are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles, as a water station will be available.
